Remember being the new kid at school?

It has been a month since our scholarship recipients in Kenya started school and I was thinking it would be nice to send a care package showing our support for the brave step they have taken.  In a few weeks I will be mailing off a package of school supplies and letters of encouragement to our students and thought the more the merrier.  This is where you come in.  Consider writing a letter and share a little bit about yourself, where you are from, things you enjoy in your spare time and maybe even a picture of your city or your family. Get your kids involved. I know my boys are excited to connect with someone on the other side of the globe. Drawings are fun, who doesn’t love a postcard and maybe add little sticker to brighten up the day. GOLD STAR for you!!  

So, get out your favorite pens (gel pens maybe) and write a little something and mail them to me and I will add them to our package.  Here is the list of children if you would like to write to one specifically
